Today I am free to spend my whole day in beautiful company of my own self.
I feel gratitude for being able to enjoy breathing fresh air. Observing my thoughts. Moving every bone, muscle of my body.
Using my sensory organs for minute observations. Silently remaining in my prayers.
Today I actively remain in dynamic state of Non-Doing (अकर्म-योग)
