Today’s realization

Life is all about creating beautiful, loving memories for self and others.
Life moves on and a time may come when our memory will give away and we will forget those moments which gave us the biggest joy, love, pain, anger, sorrow etc.
The mood of these moment good or bad is the essence and fragrance of them.
These moments make our past memorable and make us look forward to creating more moments in future.
This makes it all the more important that we live each and every moment to it’s fullest in it’s own essence.
So if our life takes us to the place when we can’t remember the moments in our past or don’t have life left to create more, it is the fragrance of these moments which will keep us living.
We can’t recreate the past but the fragrance of it lingers,
We can’t be sure of the future but the fragrance will keep us going,
Being fully in this moment only will make these moments alive and fragrant absolutely for ever and ever.

I am a human being first and then a woman being

On this International Woman’s Day I offer my gratitude to Life for giving me the experience of living in the human form on this earth;
To my mother Prema Purao for being my hero, my role model;
To my father Narendra Purao for nurturing my human spirit;
To my guru Rishi Prabhakarji for giving me his divine grace and teaching me courage in sharing my life with everyone;
To my sisters for letting me BE MY own self; To my beloved Milind Purandare for helping me realize my completeness being just Me;
To my children for trusting me to be their mother;
To my friends for sharing happy and sad moments with me;
To to world for giving me the freedom to explore myself;
To nature for beauty;
To my lovely pets for surrounding me with their unconditional love;
To Facebook for connecting me with so many wonderful people;
To my blog for freedom of expressing my thoughts;
To everything and everyone in this life for giving me a beautiful, ever growing, ever learning experience on this planet earth.

I am not a woman without this experience.
I am not a human without this wonderful life.

May I be a human being before I am man or a woman!
May I nurture my human spirit of freedom, joy, love and experience beauty within and without.
May I celebrate every day as a Human Day celebrating the spirit of life.

For I am a Human Being first and then a Woman Being!
